About Me

I am a Postdoc at NTNU Trondheim, Norway, funded by the ERCIM - European Research Consortium for Informatics and Mathematics - Alain Bensoussan Fellowship Programme.

I was a Research Fellow at National University of Singapore (NUS, 2017-18), at University of Toronto (UofT, 2018) and Technische Universität Kaiserslautern (TUK, 2016-18). I received my Ph.D. (2016), M.Sc. (2012), and B.Sc. (2009) in CS from TUK. My PhD supervisor was Jens B. Schmitt.

My research interests are in performance modeling and evaluation of systems, in particular worst-case analysis using Network Calculus. My pet project is the Disco Deterministic Network Calculator (DiscoDNC web, GitHub) that provides open-source tool support for the deterministic network calculus (DNC) analysis. My Ph.D. thesis is dedicated to accuracy and cost improvements of DNC (see ACM SIGMETRICS 2017).

I am in a relationship with my high school sweetheart Elena. She’s doing her PhD in the Department of Regional and Environmental Planning at TUK.
